“The Warrior Saint” Saturday Workshop

“The Warrior Saint” Saturday Workshop

with Hari Nam Singh

This one day workshop will provide the keys to conquering fear, overcoming whatever obstacle in life one is facing, and attaining whatever we put our mind to. We’ll explore the theme of living one’s life as a Warrior Saint, a life guided by passion, nobility and limitless courage as represented by the message, vision and example of Guru Gobind Singh, the great 10th master of the Sikh spiritual path.

Hari Nam Singh will be teaching the concept of the Warrior Saint together with Kundalini Yoga sets and meditations specifically designed to build courage and self-confidence, and to overcome fear.

The workshop will be challenging physically, mentally and emotionally. Yet it is absolutely appropriate for people at all levels of experience, including beginners.
