In this class series we’ll explore the ways we communicate now, and how to improve its effectiveness, through the support of yoga and meditation. This practice will help increase our sensitivity in the way we speak with others, and even with ourselves! Let’s reduce conflict in our lives with more harmonious communication; and be more effective listeners, speakers and presenters.

Nirmal Singh is a lead Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer and has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1999. He created The Wellness Path, through which he offers Kundalini Yoga related programs and events in Toronto and surrounding communities including Level One and Level Two training, sacred chant concerts, workshops and retreats. He is a certified Life Coach and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, focusing on clients who wish to change difficult habitual thoughts and behaviours, or gain insight and strength in their recovery from addiction or trauma.
