The Wellness Path is guided by Nirmal Singh, a teacher, trainer, and coach whose work is grounded in decades of embodied practice, meditation, and presence-based inquiry.

Teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1999 and facilitating teacher training since 2007, Nirmal’s work brings together yogic tradition, meditative movement, trauma-aware understanding, and lived experience. His approach emphasizes integration — how practice meets daily life, relationships, and inner change — rather than technique alone.
Alongside his work in yoga and meditation, Nirmal has long supported the transmission of sacred music and chant as a practice of devotion, healing, and community. For many, music has been a doorway into this work — a way of remembering, softening, and reconnecting — and it continues to inform the spirit in which The Wellness Path is held.
Nirmal is also a professional trainer in the Beyond Addiction: Recover Your True Self program. This work shapes how he holds space: with attentiveness, self-responsibility, and respect for the nervous system, honouring both depth and discernment in the process of change.
