In these challenging times let’s strive to maximize our promoting habits and minimize our demoting habits. This yoga series is based on the Beyond Addiction program developed by Sat Dharam Kaur. We utilize kundalini yoga, meditation and breath techniques to create important shifts in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states of being, so we can be our best!

Nirmal Singh is a lead Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer and has taught Kundalini Yoga since 1999. He created The Wellness Path, through which he offers Kundalini Yoga related programs and events in Toronto and surrounding communities including Level One and Level Two training, sacred chant concerts, workshops and retreats. He is a certified Life Coach and Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, focusing on clients who wish to change difficult habitual thoughts and behaviours, or gain insight and strength in their recovery from addiction or trauma.
