In these challenging times let’s strive to maximize our promoting habits and minimize our demoting habits. This yoga series is based on the Beyond Addiction program developed by Sat Dharam Kaur. We utilize kundalini yoga, meditation and breath techniques to create important shifts in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states of being, so we can be our best!

Nirmal Singh is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer. Through The Wellness Path, Nirmal offers Kundalini Yoga-related programs and events in Toronto and online including Levels One and Two teacher trainings and sacred chant concerts. He is a Beyond Addiction teacher and trainer helping people in recovery from addiction and trauma.
