These trainings emphasize:

Level Two Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
A Path of Personal Transformation
Kundalini Yoga Level Two Teacher Training is a 300-hour professional training program focused on personal transformation and conscious living.
While Level One establishes foundational knowledge and teaching skill, Level Two deepens how we live what we teach — cultivating presence, neutrality, emotional maturity, and self-awareness in daily life.
Level Two training is composed of five 60-hour modules, each addressing a core dimension of lived experience. Modules may be taken individually or as part of the full Level Two certification pathway.
We typically offer one module each year. Each module stands complete on its own and is offered on a rotating basis.

Uplift and penetrate through the conscious use of the word.
Mind & Meditation
Cultivate mastery of the mind through meditative awareness and self-observation.
Vitality & Stress
Build the capacity to meet pressure, change, and challenge with resilience and grace.

Explore identity, boundaries, and intimacy through conscious relationship.
Lifecycles & Lifestyles
Understand life’s stages, transitions, and purpose in relation to destiny and death.
This structure reflects the traditional Level Two curriculum while allowing students to engage the work one module at a time, as timing and interest align.
"Conscious Communication" Training

Conscious Communication is one of the five Level Two Kundalini Yoga modules — and the training currently being offered through The Wellness Path.
Communication is never neutral. Every word we speak carries intention, identity, and impact — whether we are aware of it or not. When communication is unconscious, it fragments connection. When it is conscious, it has the power to clarify, uplift, and transform.
This training invites a deep examination of the relationship between consciousness and the spoken word.
Participants explore how listening becomes a meditative act, how neutrality restores clarity, and how speech aligned with presence can penetrate without force.
Rather than learning what to say, this work asks a more fundamental question: From where am I speaking?
Conscious Communication supports both personal and professional refinement, offering practices that reshape how we relate — to ourselves, to others, and to life itself.
