Practices for Conscious Living

The Wellness Path offers embodied practices that support conscious living — practices that help us meet life with greater awareness, resilience, and presence.

Through ongoing classes, seasonal trainings, and professional teacher education, this work supports both personal transformation and the refinement of how we live, relate, communicate, and serve.

Some people arrive through yoga and meditation.

Others through training and professional development.

Most discover that these paths naturally inform one another.

Teacher Training & Professional Development

Alongside weekly practice, The Wellness Path offers advanced training programs for those wishing to deepen their relationship with Kundalini Yoga — whether as teachers, facilitators, or committed practitioners.

These trainings emphasize:

* Inner development alongside technical skill

* Self-reflection as a foundation for conscious teaching

* Integrating yogic wisdom into daily life, relationships, and service

Level Two Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training

A Path of Personal Transformation

Kundalini Yoga Level Two Teacher Training is a 300-hour professional training program focused on personal transformation and conscious living.

While Level One establishes foundational knowledge and teaching skill, Level Two deepens how we live what we teach — cultivating presence, neutrality, emotional maturity, and self-awareness in daily life.

Level Two training is composed of five 60-hour modules, each addressing a core dimension of lived experience. Modules may be taken individually or as part of the full Level Two certification pathway.

We typically offer one module each year. Each module stands complete on its own and is offered on a rotating basis.

The Five Level Two Modules

Conscious Communication

Communication is more than words—it is an expression of consciousness. Explore deep listening, authentic dialogue, and how presence transforms the way we speak, relate, and connect with others.

Mind & Meditation

Develop a deeper understanding of the mind through meditation, self-observation, and contemplative practice. Cultivate greater neutrality, intuition, and clarity in your daily life.

Vitality & Stress

Learn to recognize stress in yourself and others while developing tools to restore balance and resilience. Explore how vitality supports effective action, conscious leadership, and inner steadiness.

Authentic Relationships

Examine how relationships are formed, sustained, and transformed. Cultivate authenticity, self-awareness, and the capacity to meet others with greater openness and compassion.

Lifecycles & Lifestyles

Explore the stages, transitions, and rhythms that shape a human life. Discover practical disciplines that support purpose, conscious living, and a deeper relationship with destiny and mortality.

This structure reflects the traditional Level Two curriculum while allowing students to engage the work one module at a time, as timing and interest align.

“Life moves in cycles. Wisdom comes from learning how to move with it”

Lifecycles & Lifestyles is one of the five Level Two Kundalini Yoga modules — and the training currently being offered this fall through The Wellness Path.

This training explores the relationship between our habits, our consciousness, and the way we move through the changing cycles of life.

Participants examine how unconscious patterns shape identity, how our relationship with time and change influences our choices, and how conscious living allows us to meet life with greater maturity, presence, and intention.

Themes include purpose and destiny, self-concept, life transitions, conscious aging, the rhythms of growth and change, and the cultivation of habits that support a meaningful and balanced life.

Rather than offering rigid answers, Lifecycles & Lifestyles invites a deeper inquiry: How do we live consciously through the many stages of being human?

Designed for certified Kundalini Yoga teachers — and open to dedicated students with approval — this training supports both personal transformation and professional growth through experiential practice, reflection, and community.

👉 Full program details, dates, tuition, and registration are available on the dedicated Lifecycles & Lifestyles (LL) training page.
