“Decrease Your Cravings”
Lotus Yoga Centre
699 College Street West, Toronto
Sunday November 17, 2019, 1:30 – 4:30pm
The brain reward pathway is the primary neurological route through which we experience pleasure. Natural activities such as eating, drinking, having sex, and receiving a massage stimulate this pathway, allowing us to experience pleasure. Activities such as shopping, gambling and the use of addictive substances also engage this pathway. We’ll explore ways to better understand what underlies addictions and demoting habits, and work with tools like mental processing, breath and meditation to decrease your cravings.
Cost: $40 Early Bird by November 12th; $50 Regular
